I have an Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching certification and I graduated from a Nationally Board-Qualified (NBHWC) Health Coaching program. B.A. in Sociology, Journalism, and Anthropology, A.S. in Culinary Arts, and I am a 200 HR YTT Yoga Teacher | Evolution Yoga and a Yoga for Seniors Certification. I am a certified Mindfulness & Meditation Teacher.

I am trained in Functional Nutrition & Digestive Wellness, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Lifestyle Medicine, Habit Formation, VIA Character Strengths and Values, Motivational Interviewing, ASIST Suicide Awareness Skills Intervention, and Grief Recovery. I am a Mindfulness Teacher and Crystal Bowl Sound Healer.

I'm continuing to study for my NASM-Certified Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and this summer (2024) I am studying Yin Yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Drumming through the Strong Institute - Rhythmic Entrainment for Sound Healing which will be offered in my Restorative Yoga Classes in the future.

I love reading Oracle and tarot, and doing Reiki healings, and I'm also a trained Psychic Medium - (and you thought it would be all about eating acai and rolling some late-night fascia). You could say we'll have lots to talk about...and that is the best part about coaching...we get to have some fun conversations. I always use intuition during my coaching, it's part of my soul and a gift to you.

I've had injuries, surgeries, crippling stress, and a laundry list of failed relationships and jobs...walking the talk was my jam. I became an expert at throwing spaghetti at the wall until something stuck. I tried every mind-body treatment and scheme to "fix myself" until I found coaching. I started school 4 years ago - this was not an "internet coaching" 30-day program off Instagram.

I dove into a four-semester program in Northern Colorado and I've got the student loans to prove it (sigh....). But, here I am, and I was forced to be my own first client. I'm here to guide you on your own unique beautiful path.

Bill Gates once said, "Everyone needs a coach". I will supplement that famous line by saying "Everyone needs a sounding board that isn't their well-meaning friend". Friends are great for cocktails - not so much for giving advice. I won't give you advice, you will create your own path.
